Add and manage your FAQ
Your FAQ is a list of common questions and answers. Answer the questions customers ask most here, then choose which ones show on your website so visitors can help themselves.
Add a question
- In your dashboard, go to Business, then FAQ.
- Press Add question.
- Type the Question and the Answer, then press Save.
jugglix adds the question to your list. If your list is empty, jugglix suggests a few common starters you can tap to begin.
Edit, reorder, or remove
- To change a question, open it, edit the wording, and press Save.
- With more than one question, drag them into the order you want visitors to see.
- To remove a question, press its delete button. It goes right away, with a moment to undo if you change your mind.
Good to know
- Your website's FAQ section is managed in the website editor. Managing questions here does not change your live website; choose which questions show in the editor, then publish your website when you want the site updated.
- When you have changes that are not live yet, the page shows a reminder with a link to publish.
