Manage your subscription and billing

Your subscription lives in one place: open the user menu (the circle with your initial, top right), then choose Subscription. This page is only available to the business owner.

On a complimentary plan there is nothing to pay, so the page shows no payment method, invoices or pause option; only your plan and the option to cancel.

Update your payment method

  1. On the My Subscription page, find Payment Method. It shows the card jugglix has on file, for example "Visa ending in 4242".
  2. Press Update Payment Method (or Add Payment Method if there is no card yet).
  3. Enter the new card details and press Update Payment Method.

Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment provider. jugglix never sees or stores your card number.

View and download invoices

The Invoice History section lists every invoice with its date, number, amount, and status. Use PDF to download a copy, or View to open the invoice in your browser. Invoices appear as they are issued: free first days show their $0 invoice right away, and your first charge falls on the date shown when you signed up.

Pause your subscription

Pausing is built for seasonal breaks. While paused you are charged a small holding fee (shown on the page) and have limited access, and you can reactivate at any time.

  1. In the Pause Subscription section, press Pause Subscription.
  2. Confirm in the dialog your browser shows.

Pausing becomes available after your first 90 days, and not before any free days end. Before that, the page shows your next eligible date.

Cancel your subscription

  1. In the Cancel Subscription section, press Cancel Subscription.
  2. Confirm in the dialog your browser shows.

Canceling ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then, and billing stops afterwards. If you cancel during your free first days, the trial ends on its last day and you are not charged.

Changed your mind? While a cancellation is scheduled, the page shows how many days of access remain and a Keep My Subscription button. Press it and your subscription carries on as before.
