Preview your website before publishing
Your website renders live beside the editor panels the whole time you work, so every edit shows immediately. Preview mode goes one step further and clears the editor away entirely.
- In Website Creator, press the Preview button.
- The editor chrome disappears and you see your website exactly as a visitor would.
- On a desktop browser, use the device toggle next to the button to switch between the desktop and mobile views of your site.
- Press Editor to return to editing, right where you left off.
What preview shows
Preview includes everything you have done so far: saved changes and pending design edits you have not saved yet. Your live website has neither until you save and publish, so preview is the safe place to experiment. See Publish your website for taking changes live.
