Update your profile, email, and password

Updated October 2026

Open the user menu (the circle with your initial, top right) and choose View profile. The My Profile page shows your name and email address.

Change your name or email

  1. Press Edit Profile.
  2. Update your first name, last name, or email address.
  3. Press Save Changes.

If you change your email address, jugglix sends a 6-digit verification code to the new address. Enter it on the Verify Your Email page to confirm the change. Until you verify, your email shows an "Unverified" badge and the profile page offers a Verify Email button.

Need a fresh code? The Verify Your Email page has a Resend Code button with a short cooldown between sends.

Change your password

  1. On the My Profile page, press Change Password.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new one. The strength meter tells you when the new password is strong enough.
  3. Press Update Password.

Locked out? Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and press Send. jugglix emails you a 6-digit code.
  3. Enter the code and your new password, then press Set new password.

You can finish the reset on a different device than the one you started on. In that case the form also asks for your email address.
